Morning: Arrive at Srinagar Airport (SXR). Our driver will meet you at the arrival gate with a name placard. Transfer to your Dal Lake houseboat (~20 min).
Afternoon: Check in, freshen up. Enjoy a welcome cup of Kehwa (saffron Kashmiri tea) served by your houseboat host on the sun deck.
Evening: 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake at sunset — one of the most beautiful experiences in all of South Asia. Watch the floating gardens, lotus beds, and bird life pass by.
Night: Dinner and overnight on houseboat on Dal Lake.

Morning: Breakfast on houseboat. Full-day private cab sightseeing of Srinagar. Visit Nishat Bagh (Garden of Joy), Shalimar Bagh (Garden of Love), and Chashme Shahi (Royal Spring).
Midday: Pari Mahal (Angels' Abode) — a beautiful terraced Mughal garden perched above the city. Stunning view of Dal Lake from above.
Afternoon: Shankaracharya Temple (148 steps — Hindu sacred site with panoramic city view). Optional: Old Srinagar lanes, Jamia Masjid, wooden Shah-i-Hamdan shrine.
Evening: Hazratbal Shrine (one of the most important Islamic shrines in India, set beautifully on the banks of Dal Lake). Return to houseboat.

Morning: Early breakfast. Drive to Gulmarg (~56 km, 1.5 hrs). The drive through the Tangmarg forest is breathtaking.
Midday: Board the Gondola. Phase I takes you to Kongdori Meadow (~8,694 ft) — perfect for snow play, pony rides, and panoramic views. Phase II ascends to Apharwat Peak (~13,780 ft) — high-altitude skiing area and stunning views of Nanga Parbat.
Afternoon: Explore Gulmarg Golf Course (world's highest green golf course), St. Mary's Church, and the Strawberry Valley.
Evening: Return to Srinagar. Dinner and final night on houseboat or hotel.
